I have been waiting for my delivery. Was told the parcel was out for delivery but then near 11pm I received a message that delivery was failed because nobody was at home. What a joke and lie!

My first time package not delivere but tracking and email sail delivered. Also no WhatsApp and pictures of package from delivery team

Leave the parcel in the she rack or in the delivery bag provided. Of course no one is at home during office hours as we have work. We have no problem with previous deliveries execpt for once. How come there is a problem with the recent order? If can't be placed in the specific bag provided, i will collect it at our nearest post office in Bishan or Ang Mo Kio.
