The delivery man marked my parcel as failed delivery when i was at home at the time he attenp to deliver. No one press the intercom or try to contact me. And until now i still did not receive my parcel.

I didn’t receive my parcel . Very poor quality of ePOD. It stated has been delivered but didn’t receive.

Came 2 days late was promised Thursday but came Friday. Postman was so rude in way of talking. Don't have to be so coy and sarcastic. Very bad attitude.....lousiest service ever.

Your driver did not show up to deliver my item and failed the delivery. Everyone was home the whole day and I have a helper home everyday. Your service is appalling
