Why the whole family are at home and cctv turn on 24x7 not even know there was delivery but you mark the comment delivery 2 times fail due to no body at home????

The delivery man marked my parcel as failed delivery when i was at home at the time he attenp to deliver. No one press the intercom or try to contact me. And until now i still did not receive my parcel.
