There should be an option to leave the parcel at the door/somewhere safe. We cannot be home all the time to receive the parcel.

My parcel was supposed to collect by 21-11-22, however the parcel was not even at the collection point on 21-11-22!! When i checked the tracker, it says it was returned back. Then for what mention to collect by 21-11-22 when early in the morning on the same day parcel was returned back. Shouldnt you guys arrange for a return at night instead???

Not sure what the delivery business days are but it is stated that it is Monday to Sunday, yet I have not received my packages on Saturday or Sunday
