The check process is easy and fast. However, It will be better to indicate the reason for the return. Also the status returning to sender.

We are home waiting for the parcel. Don't understand why the delivery was failed. We did not receive any intercom call from delivery guy. Hope the 2nd attempt won't fail again.

Everyone is doing contactless delivery or would at least call or deliver the following day. Singpost has not only not knocked the door or offered contactless delivery, they’ve let my package which contains live items (isopods) to be without ventilation from Wednesday. I’ve called on Friday and they said it would be expedited and there may be cases where postman send parcels at 11pm. I’ve waited all day and was advised that I can expect the delivery by Saturday 930am-12pm. It is now Saturday with no sound and no news. I called in again at 11+am to check then they told me another window of 9am-6pm and was asked to sit home to wait for the package. I don’t think that makes sense? It’s a Saturday and we have made plans but I’m made to wait at home with no updates or tracing as to who is delivering or where it will be. Contactless delivery is the norm now and we all have to work on weekdays or have plans on weekends. Asking me to sit home to wait for something that may or may not come is really laughable. This is honestly a joke. I do not recommend SpeedPost and hope no one else uses them anymore. I’ll be letting people around me know about this inconvenient and frustrating experience to boycott this service.
