Deliver the package! Customer service updated the system to say ‘ delivered ‘ . It has NOT ben delivered ! That’s why I contacted customer service in the first place !

Singpost require us to create an account in order to track delivery... yes, this make sense . Why Singpost need us to input our credit card details as well ? It is necessary...? It make it looks more like a scam ..I don't feel comfortable providing my cards details... nowadays, scamming is so rampant, I don't want to become a victim just tracking a shipment...
