Leave the parcel in the she rack or in the delivery bag provided. Of course no one is at home during office hours as we have work. We have no problem with previous deliveries execpt for once. How come there is a problem with the recent order? If can't be placed in the specific bag provided, i will collect it at our nearest post office in Bishan or Ang Mo Kio.

I cannot contact anyone who can help me, tracking says the parcels has been returned to the delivery department. No one came to deliver it.
