I don’t understand why cannot rearrange for delivery. Better than just sending to post office bras Basah after send back processing facility waste the time. Just deliver to address I request than is end story.why not flexible the staff waste the company resources

I paid speed post to send parcel on 3Jan n today is 9Jan n the parcel still not arriving at destination in Malaysia. Very bad svs. The staff told me it only takes 3 working days but now 5 working days still not arrive. Super bad service provided

I'm expecting a fast delivery sending from overseas. The system of that country shows the package has been sent to Singapore on 6 Jan, and failed for delivery on 8 Jan. I'm very surprised as all my family are at home on 8 Jan and there's no door bell, phone calls, nor messages leaving to me (recipient). The ID EE728710826TW is untraceable in Singpost website.
