16/1 Received undeliver notice (work in office) 17/1 called singpost to arrange next delivery date cos urgently need parcel. Need 3 days to arrange. Working from home all day. 18/1 Back from work, saw 2 undeliver notices on 17 & 18 unsuccess attempts. WHY 17/1 delivery attempt failed when I was WFH all day? Will I still expect to receive my parcel on 20/1? Very frustrating as I needed the item urgently using air post and yet took so long to receive. Ninja or other 3rd party services are more efficient. If there is a choice, will select them.
