I had to reschedule my delivery four times - on 26 Oct 9am to 12pm, 2pm to 5pm, 6pm to 9pm, and 27 Oct 9am to 12pm. Each time, I received no updates from Singpost on whether the delivery date was confirmed. This is despite the Singpost call service telling me they would call me back to confirm whether relevant unit is able to make the timeslot. For each timeslot, I waited for about 1 hour before I decided to call Singpost to check the status of my delivery, only to be informed that my delivery was pushed back to another timeslot. Appreciate if Singpost could keep customers informed on whether the delivery date is confirmed or needs to be pushed back, rather than have the customer call the helpline to check back after indefinite waiting, which not only adds to the queue in the customer service hotline but also causes unnecessary waiting time for the customer.
