Looks too long and no that the parcel is ready for collection, I am not provided the QR code to collect which the 7-11 person needs to release item. Very frustrating

Already booked an appointment for amazon return more than a week ago. Did not even contact to say not coming. Waste time waiting whole day for collection.

It took around 8 days for a delivery from China but 5 days for Ninja to deliver locally and this is unbelievable
