EXTREMELY INEFFICIENT. Item could have been left outside the door. Unfortunately singpost cannot deliver when I'm not working!!! It is no more WFH. Singpost is making delivery very inconvenient!

Parcel arrived Singapore on 18 Nov, until now still have not delivery to me yet. I am waiting for their answer almost two week, still did not update me anything. Lousy service and not efficiency.

Noone notify or call me for delivery and suddenly got to know to indicate “delivery unsuccessful” From 5th dec to now 7dec trying to get hold of them for my delivery but noone could answer. No confirmation when they can deliver my item. N they expect me to call everyday to get update for my parcel. They keep saying they gona deliver on a specific timing but nothing was delivered. All empty promises! N now i duno where is my parcel

I didn’t received any call upon delivery at 4:59pm. System updated area closed unable to deliver. But my area is a factory and we open 24/7
