The delivery guy just left the huge parcel on the floor in the middle of corridor. And they did not call for anyone to receive the parcel even when the main door is not closed.

tracking just says destination post office but doesn't state which one. the destination post office we assume to be the right one has no record of the package.

The poorest system among all couriers. It is giving me so much inconvenience. Even after 1 week, I still have not received My parcel as My parcel was refused to be delivered to me.
