You attempt to deliver the parcels on weekdays during working hours, without notifying in advance, and expect the receiver to sign on the receipt instead of leaving the parcel outside the house. For every failed attempt we have to arrange to collect from the office by ourselves. Please be reminded that people have to work during regular days and will not stay home just to wait for you to attempt your delivery. Please be mindful
