my latest update on the delivery is on 14th of April today is the 20th of april i paid priority shipment to send to the uk as fast as possible. website states that in 4-9 days however it has been 2-3 weeks to no avail. Really really angry at the service.

Very poor service at Singapore Post at Suntec City. The elderly man over the counter had a bad attitude. I told him I was sending to my son in Canada, his driving license. I needed the fastest way to send it. The man insisted that the driving licence is not a letter and had to be sent by parcel. I told him how can a driving licence, which is a document, same as letter, be considered a parcel? He insisted it was a parcel and he charged me $107 for sending this driving licence, a cover letter from Singapore Police with the driving licence attached to it, together with a 1page letter from Mindef. All throughout, his attitude was very curt and unhelpful. I am very unhappy to have been overcharged due to the ignorance of this postal worker at Suntec Singapore Post Office.

My parcel transit via singapore from Brunei on march 08,2023 .Destination to Usa.Till to date still preshipment status. EE202205838BN. I am not sure courier used from Brunei to Singapore then to US. Feel frustrated as no update of its whereabouts.
