The item show delivered to my letter box on 10 May 2023 in the tracking site, but till today I can not see it in my letter box. Please help to check

I ordered a speedmail and it said it will be delivered to my designated place by 1-3 days, is from Singapore to Malaysia KL so I tot will be fast yet it took 5 days to delivered my package which is totally unacceptable because my deadline to submit it is supposed to be on 5 may 4pm, and I wanted to submit this one day earlier which is around 3-4 may and I went to the store to deliver my packages on 30 April and is delivered on 5 may 12:38 to Malaysia KL. Not my ideal date for my documents to be delivered at and the delivered means what? Starting to delivered on that time ? Or is delivered to the person and place I wanted ? Just a word delivered? Don’t even have the name and the person who received the mailbox and the delivery man’s name, too general not very detailed especially I paid $25 for this to be delivered in 1-3 days. Very disappointed at the express service.

Sent back return goods, almost a month and tracking page is still stuck at the same update. Very disappointed with how ancient their system works. Some more listed company
