I am tracking Royal Mail (Tracking: RY218562571GB) and still cannot see anything on SingPost website yet, although Royal Mail website shows Item Received. But I have not received anything until now. Really misleading information.

Not please at all with your service. Post item has not yet been delivered within the stated time frame it was said to be delivered... I spent all day waiting around for the delivery. Now it is evening time ... so where is the item and when may I expect it to be delivered?????
