Item hand over to singpost on 2nd may. Check on 9th may and Shipping status show item not received. Only until I call to request update Shipping status then it change to in transit. What's the point of paying extra for tracking if shipping status is not ip to date.

It’s 18 days and Parcel still not delivered at Brighton along with other parcel with tracking number RC831287420SG) however the parcel at Lancaster (tracking - RC831287447SG & RC831287433SG) delivered within 6 days. All parcels were sent from Singapore at same time.
