Appreciate your URGENT response. I tried writing in twice, call your hotline, still no reason why my package package was returned to sender. Kindly help to retrieve my package before it is sent back to sender. It is now in airmail transit centre. Thank you.

Package stopped half way in China since 26-Jan, after China Custom, and pending for user tax... we only able to find out this infor around 16-Feb, and never informed how/where/how much to pay tax,
