Delivery man to stop pestering customer to have a WhatsApp account for him to communicate with me time and time again. It is very frustrating. Stop hassling customer! I urge SingPost supervisor of my district code to look into this matter. I have reported to SingPost once but nothing has been done. If the staff assigned to deliver my items find it difficult to deliver simply because I do not have a WhatsApp, please reassign someone else to deliver. It is such a pain to deal with your staff at doorstep!

I ordered a speedmail and it said it will be delivered to my designated place by 1-3 days, is from Singapore to Malaysia KL so I tot will be fast yet it took 5 days to delivered my package which is totally unacceptable because my deadline to submit it is supposed to be on 5 may 4pm, and I wanted to submit this one day earlier which is around 3-4 may and I went to the store to deliver my packages on 30 April and is delivered on 5 may 12:38 to Malaysia KL. Not my ideal date for my documents to be delivered at and the delivered means what? Starting to delivered on that time ? Or is delivered to the person and place I wanted ? Just a word delivered? Don’t even have the name and the person who received the mailbox and the delivery man’s name, too general not very detailed especially I paid $25 for this to be delivered in 1-3 days. Very disappointed at the express service.
