Not please at all with your service. Post item has not yet been delivered within the stated time frame it was said to be delivered... I spent all day waiting around for the delivery. Now it is evening time ... so where is the item and when may I expect it to be delivered?????

Delivery man to stop pestering customer to have a WhatsApp account for him to communicate with me time and time again. It is very frustrating. Stop hassling customer! I urge SingPost supervisor of my district code to look into this matter. I have reported to SingPost once but nothing has been done. If the staff assigned to deliver my items find it difficult to deliver simply because I do not have a WhatsApp, please reassign someone else to deliver. It is such a pain to deal with your staff at doorstep!
