Very poor. In December 2021, I AR registered a box (bought from SINGPOST) of 6 bottles supplement (blackcurrent oil seeds in tablets form) to a good friend in Rome/Italy. Having not received the box after a few weeks, I tracked online. However, it got nowhere as the online is very unworkable. Then I was told by SINGPOST that the box had been returned to Singapore without valid reasons since the address/contact number on the box were very clear. On December 5, 2023, I AR registered 2 bottles of the same supplement in an envelope, also bought from SINGPOST. Again, the Rome address and contact number were very clear. Now, not having received confirmation of receipt from my friend in Rome, I tracked online a few times. Unfortunately, the result is still the same as my experience with SINGPOST in December 2021. This time was even worst - it appear the parcel was lost! I hope this is not the case. What is happening SINGPOST???
