The tracking system on the website is very unreliable. Keep saying it detect abnormal activities on my ip and asked me to key in the displayed getcha code, then said it can't find any info about my parcel due to "carrier's internet issue". It made me worried is the url address really singpost's url??

Your staff at Clementi mall are totally inexperienced. Gave me wrong and misleading info. Insist it is compulsory to use website ezy2ship. But the site is not working! So suddenly, not compulsory anymore???😡😡😡
