It has been 20 days since the data has been received for my item. But it still shows the not found symbol. The website says it takes a few days for it to be resolved. But it has been 20 days and still no change.

Delivered at 2300hrs. Pressed door bell and left package in the open. If I was asleep, package might go missing. At least wait for a response before leaving the package in plain sight.

Should contact the person don’t just put invalid address , waiting for the parcel but never turn also have no signpost card shown that actually deliver, if got card can go signpost do self collection, certain time no one at home to receive then will put invalid address again ??

My luggage bag not delivered to my home address BUT indicated delivered to letterbox. Can luggage bag fit inside letterbox? Please investigae as I intend to report to police for lost item which suspected stolen by the postman or postwoman
