Came 2 days late was promised Thursday but came Friday. Postman was so rude in way of talking. Don't have to be so coy and sarcastic. Very bad attitude.....lousiest service ever.

Delivery done during staff lunch time. Unfortunately, no one is in the office to receive it. Please try to delivery in future after 1.30 pm. Can you please arrange to delivery next week 31st Oct instead?
