How can it be "Delivery attempt was unsuccessful: Office is closed" when I was in the entire day? That was on Friday. I called on Saturday and your guy told me redelivery will be done on Monday. Today is Monday, and I called in the morning and was told delivery will be arranged for tomorrow. I am travelling tomorrow and I need my items today!!! So I asked if anything can be done to resend it today, and was told they will check and email. But I never got any email response despite being 3-4 hours later. This courier service is TERRIBLE.

Parcel arrived Singapore on 18 Nov, until now still have not delivery to me yet. I am waiting for their answer almost two week, still did not update me anything. Lousy service and not efficiency.
