No attempt to press door bell or call HP. Fail attempt, picture proof is package being delivered does not include a door number. Just a picture of the package. How is that proof?

parcel is left in the riser without pressing on the door bell to check if I am at home. moreover, the riser is not used by me. It has the shoes of my neighbour and unclean. absolutely irresponsible and unreliable service
