Took a day off specially to wait for the package since it claimed to be from 9am to 9pm. Didn't turn up at all, no notice sent to let me know, and nothing done to rearrange. This is the worst courier service I'd ever experienced. Why is Samsung using this company at all? When you try calling the provided helpline to find out if the package is lost, the robot tells you to write them an email instead. Seriously...
