3 failed attempts n i home all the time. Last customer svc guy on phone even threatened not to help. Worst courier n cust svc i ever encounter. N item of course still not picked up. Auto sch tmr but i doubt will make any difference. Fact is home all day nobody turn up at door n still state failed attempt.

VERY INEFFICIENT SYSTEM CREATES SO MUCH INCONVENIENCE to recipient. Just leave the item outside the house when no one is at home.

Very annoying that package is not left at the door. Why can't singpost just leave parcel outside door even when no one answered to the door.

Tracking status update does not reflect parcel has been sent back. There are no updates from Singpost about returned parcel either. Did not know about this until I called Singpost.
