Don't give a promise date to deliver the parcel if cannot make it on that day. Ensure that you are very confident that the parcel will be delivered on the actual day then inform the reciever. Stop being a ninja

Didn't make call before delivery, and claimed delivery failed, twice. Never make other attempts to contact, like sms. Delivery is late for more than half a week.

Singpost postal mail is TERRIBLY INEFFICIENT. Causing so much inconvenience to recipient. Item can be just left outside the door is no one answers to it. Because singpost is so bad that I still can get my hands on the item for use.

Terrible service. Ask me to wait from 9am to 9pm but parcel didn't arrived at all. No call nor message. Seriously the lousiest courier I met.

I can’t thank the speedpost team enough for delivering my package on urgent basis when I called the helpline number and requested for early delivery as the package contained items for my daughter’s birthday. Thank you so very much for doing this for us
