Why is 'delivery attempt unsuccessful' at 2.40pm when delivery is to the collection poinnt at 7-eleven??? Does not make sense.

I didn’t received any call upon delivery at 4:59pm. System updated area closed unable to deliver. But my area is a factory and we open 24/7

I suggest if the parcel reciever not at home, please message the reciever to leave the parcel in doorstep

Your status reporting is very confusing. Delivery to a 7-11 store is teported to be unsuccessful? What nonsense! Any 7-11 store is opened 24x7. How can Ninja report it cannot be delivered there?
