Showed delivery attempt failed without even calling me or contact intercom to enter premise. No prove of attempted delivery or attempted to contact recipient. Should ask delivery staff to at least contact recipient if any delivery is attempted.

I have order my product on the 3rd December and still haven't received till now. And the tracking of my product says it's not with them. But the supplier said that they have handed it to them. 😥 We really needs it urgently for our performance next week

tracking just says destination post office but doesn't state which one. the destination post office we assume to be the right one has no record of the package.

The poorest system among all couriers. It is giving me so much inconvenience. Even after 1 week, I still have not received My parcel as My parcel was refused to be delivered to me.

tried calling several times and absolutely no pick up, its urgent xmas gift delivery has not reached now m left with nothing to gift for xmas :(
