Appreciate your URGENT response. I tried writing in twice, call your hotline, still no reason why my package package was returned to sender. Kindly help to retrieve my package before it is sent back to sender. It is now in airmail transit centre. Thank you.

Received SMS that package will be delivered on 22 Feb and it was a no-show. Someone called the following morning if i have received the package which i said no - and he promised to check - but silence after that!

I do not understand why your deliver cannot contact us when you mentioned tried 3 times delivery but failed. First of all, have your delivery guy check properly the block and secondly, your deliver guy could have call and verify my address too.
