The delivery guy just left the huge parcel on the floor in the middle of corridor. And they did not call for anyone to receive the parcel even when the main door is not closed.

item on delivery since forever... supposed to be 3 to 5 working days... i do not understand this. why do they like to delayed others item for xmas or maybe birthday ??? ridiculous!!

Hi can help me check my order 0221210713131 never delivered to me and it show it done delivered. As my shop close down,no contact or other to let me know that I coming down sent or even never call ask me how u guys sending??
