Your customer service gave me the wrong tracking number (cnsgs0049936852) and even after I gave her the correct tracking number, she said it's not right and to jot down the tracking number she provided. End up the parcel which belonged to another customer was sent to the Singpost which I requested to collect at. Waste of time and resources as inaccurate information was given. If I didn't inform that the name on the parcel wasn't mine, your staff at the outlet would have let me happily collect it instead of calling the correct customer to verify.
