Have requested and set new instructions to leave my parcel at a safe place a few times, my parcel is still not delivered or left it at where it should be. And was brought back to the warehouse for a reschedule delivery the next day and same thing happened. No phone call was made to me and my parcel was still brought back to the warehouse for 2 times

To avoid undelievered items due to house owner not present, inform owner that the items are placed in riser or near door step if there is a contact no.(of course the owner must agree) Take a pic. Anyway, I must complement Singpost staff named Jack for assisting me to get my item delivered at the correct day/time & the correct tracking number. Thankm you

Delivery agent just leaves packages openly at corridor. Even when people are at home with main door opened they will just keep ouside on top of shoes and quickly dissappear. Used to be great service but now unfortunately, is one of the worst.
