5 days and counting for a local delivery is unacceptable. Waiting for the whole day today since the tracking page says it's out for delivery, but the day ended and no item was received.

There is no delivery at all the whole day as someone is at home. I dont understand why it indicate buyer is not at delivery location.

Terrible. I am home the whole day and yet delivery man indicated receiving not at location. No WhatsApp messages from delivery man too. It happened TWICE! Till date, I have not receive my items and it has been delayed for many days!
