I have so much challenges to track.my letter - e- QDL for past more than 8 days. I called singpost n was told invalid or no such tracking numberfor a few times. Jst couldn't locate my letter n need it latest by 29 Aug 23 as I will be travelling this evening which I told the call centre n she told me tat she will called back since yday. Unfortunately I hv to go oversea without my Driving licence n now I can't use it oversea. I would like someone from singpost to call me on 11 Sep to explain wat went wrong...thank you! Frustrating Janice

It has been 20 days since the data has been received for my item. But it still shows the not found symbol. The website says it takes a few days for it to be resolved. But it has been 20 days and still no change.

Delivered at 2300hrs. Pressed door bell and left package in the open. If I was asleep, package might go missing. At least wait for a response before leaving the package in plain sight.

Should contact the person don’t just put invalid address , waiting for the parcel but never turn also have no signpost card shown that actually deliver, if got card can go signpost do self collection, certain time no one at home to receive then will put invalid address again ??
