I had arranged a pickup on 25 May (Thur) pickup my parcel . Benefit of doubt I expect the latest my customer would receive the item would be 29May (Monday ). On 1st June (Thurs ) my customer dropped a text wondering whether I had arranged pickup for her parcel .She said she didn't receive her parcel . My heart stopped because the value of the item is kinda high . I went to check the delivery history in the system it stated 27th May at 19:57:58 delivered. So I had filed a complaint / feedback to Qexpress . At the end , my customer finally received her parcel on 4th June . So my issue is : 1. Why system stated delivered but in actual it's not . 2. Over promised and under delivered for the timeline .
