My parcel transit via singapore from Brunei on march 08,2023 .Destination to Usa.Till to date still preshipment status. EE202205838BN. I am not sure courier used from Brunei to Singapore then to US. Feel frustrated as no update of its whereabouts.

seems like sometimes the shopee orders will arrive one day late even though it’s been out for delivery since 6/8am. understand that there’s many many packages but i think better management is necessary as i’ve often experienced drivers indicating that packages have arrived (maybe to hit the delivery quota of the day?) but the packages only arrive a day after that which worries me cause sometimes i think that my packages were accidentally thrown away/taken when they just haven’t been delivered

The delivery timing is our working hours. Should allow us to direct for pick up at singpost or leave at doorstep. No options given to us.

Worst experience! Never receive my package! Now MIA!!!!! Its has been more than 2 weeks!! GOT TEXT MESSAGES: 10 days after order that delivery coming (but before 6pm???!!!?!?!?! Cannot leave outside door? No more WFH, everyone working 9-7pm to reach home! ) if no chase up, goods lost in cyber space???
