Today is Saturday. The parcel date is confirmed send on friday. Nobody at office. The delivery person said im received at Saturday.. How i received the parcel i was in johor?

The package from SGH pharmacy was not delivered. I get an SMS, that looks like a fake, from a number that is out of service. With a tracking number that is not recognised. The message states that my address is not recognisable. But this is the address on my NRIC.

I did not even get notification card that the parcel was not delivered yesterday. My front door was opened at all times yesterday 10 August. So I don’t understand why the delivery was unsuccessful.

Product not delivered but company claiming it has been delivered. The address for delivery is Cavenagh road and the image says cairnhill road! Really poor service. I needed the bags for my kids first day at school and it is missing!

My package was posted 21/7/23 and recipient has yet to receive the package. It is now 3 weeks. Australia post not answering either
