Status say - Delivery account not at house on 31st but we were all day at the house. Expected delivery is by 2nd Jan but it is not delivered. Fed up with the way delivery service is functioning

the tracking website mentioned the item was sent to my address but no response,also they mentioned they gave me a notice ,but the problem is i didnt receive any notice at all ,now the item was arranged to sent back to Thailand,its a waste of time ,if a notice is given i will go make arrangements to nearby post office to collect as usual
