Item is suppose to deliver by 27 Dec. No reply no apology and item still lost on 1 Jan 2024. Somebody from SPX express claimed to do quality survey, texted me to enquire if I recieved my order. Obviously your team must have lost the parcel.

I’m at home open door but app show buyer no in location. Delivery man never come to my unit, why not just put at the door step or shoe rack.

Did not receive the package! It says buyer not on location. I was at home the whole time and we indicated to leave at the front door

Driver registers unable to deliver 3 times at 1152pm in the night! Their tracking shows it was picked up at 1030pm!!
