Worst express delivery. If there is a selection of 0 star I will select. If you can't deliver on time say so. Not by giving all sorts of excuses. Customer are not stupid. If you can't fulfil what you are supposed to, get out of this business.

Order status states it is out for delivery but it has been a day but no order is delivered, and no status update

On the status, it stated out for delivery on the 22nd Dec but up to now on 25 Dec it still having the same status. But with the different order and it was order later than that the earlier order under the delivery channel, so why the late order is delivered first than the early order which is using the same delivery channel. This is the first time I having this issue, if it cannot be delivered on the date which is supposed to be, PLEASE DO NOT put the status out for delivery, otherwise it will wasting time to know when it will be sending on the actual day and it is not being delivered.

Driver unable to deliver in time. App claims within 2 working days after missing deadline. Till date no updates and items still with courier 🤦🏻‍♂️
