I got message saying delivery attempt unsuccessful but I was at home, item is small which can be left at doorstep, doorbell camera did not capture his presence, and his photo proof doesn't match my door or block.

Paid for next day delivery, but the order has yet ro arrive after 2 days. Waste of money normal ninjavan delivery is faster.

Items stated will deliver by 12 December but it’s 15 December now? Tracking on website states item is not found with driver this put on hold. What kind of efficiency is this? Next time my item is handled by Shopee Xpress I will cancel my order.
