Item shows delivered when it was not delivered, the image of proof was a joke. Just take the photo of the parcel and says delivered. Do not even have a photo of the door unit like what the rest of the delivery does or any signature of the recipient.

I received 2 deliveries send from by SPX express. Both parcels were clearly tore open by the delivery man. Please investigate.

shopee keeps stating that my parcels are out for delivery for quite a few days already but i have still yet to receive them. The expected date to arrive has already passed and i need my items urgently, hope they will make delivery more efficient.

Arrived at spx on 5 Dec. Till now haven't receive. So upsetting! By right I should get on 7 Dec now 8 Dec edy.
