didnt get package but package mark as delivered

Item was delayed for the 1st day of delivery, reason: insufficient time. 2nd day item is still not delivered but when I track the item it showed delivered. If 1st day is not delivered. Shouldn't the item be delivered 1st the very next day?

I received a message twice, yesterday and today, that pickup has failed. However, I've been at home during the purported delivery times and I did not hear the doorbell nor received any phone calls nor messages. Please check. Thank you.
