Telling me that the delivery man is out for delivery at 6+am, but product still not delivered. Needs improvement.

The worse ever delivery , the deliver just leave my parcel at the letter box never ever to attempt to send my parcel to my house. Never even call for the interphone for deliver . improve your delivery service .

No msg or call when the parcel arrive and they just take back the parcel and mark as delivery failed.

Parcel was picked up yesterday (29/11) in the afternoon and till today (30/11), there's no sign, notification or any attempt to deliver to my address at all!
