Very Poor. During COVID-19, I AR registered a paper box (6 bottles) of black current oil seeds to a friend in Rome. After a while, the parcel was returned, without explanation. It wasnt the first time i sent these supplements to her. On 5th December 2023, I AR registered again, a paper bag of 2 bottles of the same supplement to her at a different address hopping it would reach her. I tracked SINGPOST online a few times this week. It was a tiring affair without success. Then on another attempt, i was shocked to see the result "Parcel lost"!! What is going on SINGPOST???

They lied stating they have an Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt at 2300 hrs last night. I was at home all night. No one was sending me anything.
