They lied stating they have an Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt at 2300 hrs last night. I was at home all night. No one was sending me anything.

Think your SPX Express should not carry the word Express there la... buay pai sei Meh. Your Express service is likened waiting forever for the parcel to arrive.. Since 7 Dec 23, 6am out for delivery... The parcel still have not arrive as of 9 Dec 23 2pm. The moon has gone round the earth 2 rounds! You should renamed SPX Slow or SPX Depress better!!!
