Milk powder is for a one year old toddler and yet you cannot deliver as promised. I will consider making a police report.

I wonder why when it come to Spx express taking Soo long for them to deliver customer parcel it really makes me angry and frustrated and also delivered very late pls do something about it shouldn’t make customer parcel delayed

Bad attitude of delivery guy as never press door bell whereby always leave parcel outside the doorstep. When we inform him to press doorbell for future deliveries, he even reply in a very nasty tone. Super bad service and wondering why Shopee engage such lousy delivery service.

So many non-deliveries and yet items are marked as delivered. I am a platinum member but I guess it’s time to stop using this online platform. Scammers.

The delivery in my estate, Toa Payoh is always really late at night, 2230-2300.. it’s an old estate, no risers to keep the items. So I have to stay awake and wait to receive my package. It’s very frustrating. Please do something about it
