Still waiting for the delivery to my relatives place. The senior folks sleep early at night. How and who can wait? System not accurate to show delivery status. It only asks for feedback about delivery experience. How to respond?

Why is everything being delayed for so long? If next time delivery is made by SPX Express, i might wanna cancel my order instead. Delivery time is too long! J&T is way efficient

Item lost and yet dragged for 2 weeks before admitting item had lost. Then cancel like nobody business. And the item is a present for a love one. Unreasonable!!!
