The tracking system on the website is very unreliable. Keep saying it detect abnormal activities on my ip and asked me to key in the displayed getcha code, then said it can't find any info about my parcel due to "carrier's internet issue". It made me worried is the url address really singpost's url??

Really poor delivery service. Cannot complete delivery on time, instead of delivery next day I still have to wait for 2 more days to receive my item. What if they can't complete again? Do I have to wait for another 2 days? This is not the first time they delay my item. So many bad review still don't improve the service.
